rom10, rev16 screw up

I read this card, cleaned the card, forget if I wrote the clean image back to the card or not. I then applied tier patch useing NE4.o. Wrote sucessfully. Attempted to write ppv patch to card. It started to write then quit responding. Aborted. When I tried to read the card again I got these messages.

set1F5 failed
BD3 login failed.
rom10 read failed
Com1 closed.

If you re-set in Nagra and if shows Rev16, (open) but won't Tx or Rx, I used Mrom repair then was able to get back in and do a Full Clean then do your thing!
