7100 & new guide - taking forever...

My 7100 decided to downlaod a new guide... I guess because I had moved it and had to unplug it..

It's stuck - the bar isn't moving, and it's been a hour...

Is this just me?

they do that some times, reason unknown

I had the same thing with my 7200, unplugged and then had to do a switch check and then guide. was more impatient than you, after 30 minutes I did a hard reset and did the setup again. Guide took exactly 15 minutes after that and everything is cool.

Ok - I'll give that a shot - as I have to rework it's !!!@#$! card after the 3rd PPV tier change this week. Thanks!

Hey Tex,

You may just want to open your ppv tier a little wider, on my 7200 rom3 i have it very wide and the changes haven't affected me yet. some may say i'm asking for ecm but on this ird i think it may be relatively safe. just fyi...
