Very hard to say.... There have been instances where ExtremeHU looped the card while reading it....

I said the software MIGHT have looped your card....
Use ExtremeHU....
Put your card in the loader and click on the B icon on the far right hand side.... It will start to glitch into your card....
Once the bootstrap is loaded, use the IC Chip icon (Read EEPROM).... When the process is finished, you will be asked if you want to keep the bootstrap loaded.... Answer no....
Click on the Floppy Disk icon to save your "bin"....
