reciver dosn't power on

I have reciver 3900 which was runing camless on MC on Dish then on day it just stop working I'm not geting satelite signal thru and I know everything is fine there because I tested on friends reciver, green lith from reciver comes on and of but no signal thru to TV and remote dosn't even power on or off reciver, is it garbage??

What is your location ID? If it is 00000001 you've been hit. You'll have to fix the ID and restream.

but what if your locatin id is good and you have did a full ease and put a new tsop on it and doesn't power up some times any ideas?
