Without knowing the seller, and knowing nothing can be done with these right now I would say yes.
BUT
If he is local you can always do a "Missouri" (SHOW ME).

If he can program a cardless receiver for Dish Network let me know. I sure would like to know how he does it.

I have some friends that have the cardless receivers that work just like the ones I have with the blue cards. They can only watch the subbed cannels though. They are good if that is all you want. Are you sure the person is not talking about a FTA receiver, such as Pansat 2300a , or silver bullet?? Ask him if is a Dish Network receiver.

That would be a Free to Air reciever and you will have to program it, it will get about 1200 channels, if you have enough dishes to aim to the different birds up there. It will get all Dishnet channels. If you do not know how to program it, it can be difficult. If it were me, I would wait and get the Fortec from Mili and the magic card for it. Then you would have support here, which is great. I think I read that the receivers will be here next week, not sure about that though. The fortec is the same type receiver, except it will accept the magic card for it.
