JTAG Power Question

I have a jtag board I made from unwink.com. It used 5 volts that I picked up off the board of the direct tv receiver. Can I use this jtag board on disnet receivers and should I use 3.5 volts or 5.0 volts to power it?

Yes you can use it for Dish. You can do the IRD to power the JTAG just as you would in DTV. Depends on your receiver, some are 5v, others are 3.3v.
