The smart card is not inserted correctly

- I have a 3100
- my card is amtega128 with 10 pin

>i try programming it with angelvision, as soon as I insert the card it freeze after like 5 minutes.
>when i live the programmer on the card and I insert in in my receiver, I get the mssage 019 (THE SMART CARD IS NOT INSERTED CORRECTLY).

it seems i'm not the only one with this problem

maybe there's a problem with the connetion...
try inserting a business card on top of the atmega and then put the two in your receiver...

no, it's a software problem..... I just need a fix that works.

it can't be a software problem since the software in my atmega works just fine...

Angel vision v1.0 is for bev and v3.0 is for dish.....

keep trying it will work the error you are getting is from a bad write to the atmega. It is corrupted keep erasing it a bunch of time and keep trying. It will work

I had to re-write the whole thing twice but it worked.

if it freezes then never comes back then either put a business card on top of it or check Dish atmega discussion form there are some threads with same problem Title is
Can atmega card be repaired or something like that there are alot of things in there
