I'm being lame. Can't figure out a tier edit.

Trying to lose the channels from 641-999 and can't figure out how to edit it. I want to keep all the locals so I can get 8 different "Simpsons" a day :)

I've read for two hours trying to figure out how to fudge with the tiers and no luck.

Anyone know the proper tier set up. Thanks

Checked that program out and can't figure out how I would put that down on the Magic Card.
