bad lnb? need help

we had a bad storm, and now i only get 110 sat. about 70% and 119 sat. about 50%signal. i dont have any new trees blocking the view. i called the place who put it up(could not find sat. 119 my self tried for 2 days), and they said that it is the lnb. But if he is right why do i still get a 50 % signal from sat 119? i think he just wants to sell me a lnb. i just think it moved a bit. so my question is, if the lnb or multi stwich is bad(dish pro dual lnb) would i get any signal still? or did it just move a hair?

A couple of years ago one of my lnbs went out and I did not get anything on 119, that is how I know it was bad. Got everything on 110 but nothing on 119. I think the dish has moved

Thanks, i hate to move it around but i guss i have no choice. when i first got it i played aroud with it for 2 days could not hit sat. 119. so i called a dealer in the phone book. but i sold my rom card and now i just have my magic card, so i cant have him come out and adjust it. i guss i am on my own.

I put a mark on the post, top and bottom, with a permanent marker so when and if mine dish gets out of line I just line up the marks again. I hope the installer did that for you, it could be just a scratch made with a knife or something shapre like one of the screws that holds the lnbs in. Look for some kind of mark
