I haven't seen too many people complaining about it as of late, so I was wondering if others were still experiencing issues or a definitive fix had been discovered.

Personally, I'm still seeing the freezing on my 301.013 w/ Atmega @ 18.00Mhz, but since I don't really understand what exactly is being targeted in the first place it's difficult for me to persue a resolution. I had seen someone mention changing the lock/fuse bytes, which I did, to no avail. I've also seen others say a certain fix here or there isn't freezing, but if the pfg is being made with nnw21d.hex like I'd assume they all are right now then I don't understand why these fixes would be uneffected while my custom made pfgs continue to freeze.

Have I overlooked something recently or are we all in the same boat?

I'm still seeing some sporadic freezing. A couple of seconds... then it's ok.. then about 5 minutes later, more freezing.. then it's OK for hours.

I'm not sure what is causing it.

I haven't had any freezing for months then it just started again. 2 or 3 seconds only then OK, but just lost HBO, which really doesn't make sense because all other movie channels are OK too. Anyone affected like this? Running 301-010 w/atmega 18MHZ with latest .PFG file and adjustable hi/lo programmer file. I think its called "tooledit-V3".

Ok, so what would be different about those fixes? If they're being made with the nnw21d.hex why would they not be freezing while other pfg's are?

NNW21D with ROM3rev383 eeprom began to do some freezing late last evening on a DP301.013 (P203 firmware).

I have had no freezing with NNW21D + ROM3rev383 eeprom + generated Generate Checksum Blocker v2.51's DISH ROM3 blocker patch applied to the ROM3rev383 eeprom on the same DP301.013 (P203 firmware).

Where did you find a clean Rom3 Rev383 eeprom? I've been looking for one to download.
