2700 to 4700

i'd like to know if i could convert a 2700 to a 4700 so i could get dolby digital
is this possible and if it is were can i get the info on how to do this

2700 517 K TSOP, 4700 2 meg TSOP. 3800 up have more memory, your 2700 I do not think can be converted.
