Althought no one had the time to assist me, I would at this time like to thank all of you who were thinking of what I could have beendoing wrong. I updated the brand new receiver without the sub-card and now have the box keys. Now I find I have a Rom 11 'new' card and am at a stand still anyway.

Rom 11 is blue, That what you mean, Nagraedit 4.1 will work. If by new "Yellow, Those are not rom 11. They are rom 101,102 and 103's Nagra 2 cards. Unhackable yet.
