Does anyone know other places to sell Dish equipment etc...online? I posted so many on ebay and never had problems before but I noticed one of my items was removed....Dish reciever with Lock on it...they said it infringed on the copyrights of Dish...so ebay removed my item for bid....thanks...=)

also can you tell me why i can't program my 2700 or 4700 model with an atmega or a rom2??.........yet if i can put the same cards in a 4000 or 3500 by changing the box keys of course and i get everything??

all i get on 2700 and 4700 model are charley chanels till i get to the cd music........those seem to be all turned on and then i get a few 8000 and 9000 channels???

what am i doing wrong............also send me prices on your locked boxes?

Hi Peter...most probably the problem with your atmega and rom 2 card is the reciever needs to have the lates firmware...goto menu and then click on 6..1..5 and choose dowload without my permission and accept the download it will give you...should be done in about 10-15 minutes...then reprogram your rom 2 and you should be good to go....I pm'ed you the price for the 3900 reciever....ciao

I find selling on forums like the for sale section here is best. Fleabay and paypal have open records of sales to dtv, I don't like that. Not sure on Echostar stuff, But it's most likely the same.

While we're on the subject on selling and buying, anybody knows a place to get good prices on a couple of 2x1 switches. $10 a piece is too much. I used to sell those for $5 each when I was using DTV & HU :-( .
