I find when closing some programs like AIM and YHM helps the write process when it gets stuck. Close them erase and re-write, try it, works for me.

there is an easy fix to this very common problem.
you need a new programer.
sometimes depending on which computer I am using (1 of 3), I have to go through 4 different programers to get one that works with each different PC. I dont know why, but it happens all the time

for those having this problem
one thing I tried and it works all the time with me is
holding the card and programer in between your fingers
that way you are making a good conection between the card and progamer
and don't worry you won't get electrocuted lol :)

slip a busness card in on the top side to snug it up .
