Need Help Finding 119 with DP500

I have a Dish 500 with a DishPro Dual Digital LNB. I am trying to set up my system with a 3900 (a DishPro Adapter in between dish and receiver) but I cannot find 119. I have 110 locked in at 90 signal strength, but no amount of skew or azimuth adjustment will allow me to pick up 119. Any advice?

My guess is you are missing 119 and getting 110 on the 119 lnb. Make sure your mast os level and plumb, Then recheck all your settings. Go to your intall menu and select sat 119, Set it to transponder 11. Now reaim your dish. Things should drop in now. Make sure to run check switch again before reaiming. Hope that helps out for you.
