Menu / 6(system Setup) / 3(diagnostics) / Info (not Sys Info) / Right Arrow / Left Arrow If You Dont See Mem Dump Try Again... Tv/vid Button / Unplug

Then Go To Menu And Restore Factory Defaults

Thank you, I tried but I got a different screen. I hit 6, 3, Info, I got "Connection & Dial out help." I am not sure. Do I have a different receiver? Model 3900 Upgraded? Thank you.

wuwu, you've proably done a search for what you need , if not try this, been a while since i've tried it . hit menu, then 6, then 1,then 3, then right arrow button then left button then tv video button dump memory, uplug about a minute or so , plug power back in then leave satellite cable plugged in but turn power button off for 15 to 20 minutes? then turn back on. johnie

Does the hard reboot do nearly the same as resetting the ird to factory defaults? More? Less?
