Card unlocking

I was wondering if anyone could recomend some place good for card unlocking ?
Card has good ATR .

Rom 003 Rev 381 says logging into card ,checking for backdoor, backdoor appears to be closed,aborting,error reading image from card . Thanks for your help

I could only find one program for rev 381 and it hasnt worked so far,but still trying.if you could send over the name and addy of the guy you said is good and reliable it would be greatly apprecated.
