card not inserted correctly

i just a couple days ago got a atmega 128 I can program.
NOw I have downloaded several public atemega files and loaded atmega card
When I insert card reciver says aquiring sat signal
then it comes up and says acces card not inserted correctly
I took scammer 2 generated a cam id will this work
reciver is 2700 model

1. Clean contacts with new soft eraser.
2. Use latest jeepers prog.
3. Make sure box ceys , ect. are correct.
4. Use a valid rom3 cam id.
5. After programming put into rec, tune to 101 and wait 15 min b4 u do anything more.....

how do you know if you have a valid cam id

I erased card again
I ran jeepers and put anglevision on card
It sits and gets signal
then it comes up with banners at top and blank screen and no audio
i inserted keys and it changed them
key 0 06 07 F0 E2 61 6F E1 45
key 1 C2 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
it changed cam id to 0000000000000
now why and how do I fix this?
