4900 Guide Help

I am running a Dishnet 4900 (JVC) with a Dish500 satellite w/legacy lnbs. I have a SW-21 installed with both the 110 & 119 sats connected. I use a digital lock and have a ROM 3 card. My problem is that I don't see all of the tiers on the program guide. I unlocked the TSOP so it would take the firmware upgrade via the stream and it didn't help (I actually watched the screen as the upgrade installed). I used YATM to put tiers on my ROM 3. The guide shows my locals and some of the HBO's and some of the PPV's but I am missing a bunch of stuff on the guide (including Fox News and several other basic channels). I hope I got enough details in this post so that someone smarter than me could figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your software version p2.16?
Did you do a check switch?
Did you try using ytm again?

Checked software version. System info said it was P216CCJD. Ran check switch. Cleaned ROM3 and loaded new tiers (Americas top 180 and a couple PPV tiers). Still the same business. I'm thoroughly confused.

sounds like your tier info my be out of date?

Use yatm.k
Check all the Tiers in the packages.
Don't worry about payperview until you get this sorted out.
If this gets you all channels except pay per view go to Dishnetwork card programming and read the post"How to make your own Tier with PayPerView"

I'm using YATM .9k. I'll try just adding a few tiers and leave off the PPV and see how it goes. Thanks for the replies.
