rom10 and 2700/2800

I have a ROM10 card that I am trying to use in a model 2800 IRD and even though I put the IRD # and the boxkeys from the 2800 on the ROM10 card I tells me that the card is not the right card for this receiver.
HELP someone please.

recheck all your info carefullymalso,,go to the system info menu and see if it is showing the cam id your try'n to use

I think I have my problem solved. I entered the ird# ins dec instead of hex
