Sorry for stating the basics, but is everything connected properly? Try reversing the sw21 and sw21x switches on your set-up - in other words, put the sw21 where the sw21x is currently, and vice-versa.

You can only have ONE SW21 switch in the line. You need a SW34 or SW64 with three seperate dishes. Look at the wiring diagrams at bellexpress.vu to see what your options are. There is a section on dish aiming.

Try "swapping" the lines as they go to your sw21x. In other words, put 119 on "DISH 2" and 110 on "DISH 1". If no luck try the same thing on your sw21. I have never used a sw21x, but I have noticed problems like this before... Good Luck!
