Try these: If one works, dissregard the other.

1. Solder a wire from PIN24 on the ATmega128 to the CLK pad on the wafer board. Open jEEPers, then goto Fuse/Lock Settings and make them FF AE 89 FF then press Write. Then do a Full Monty with any NAwapoM or NNW21.

2. Solder a wire from PIN63 on the ATmega128 to PIN1 on the ATmega128 chip. Open jEEPers, then goto Fuse/Lock Settings and make them FF AE 89 FF then press Write. Then do a Full Monty with any NAwapoM or NNW21.

One or the other ... try the PIN1 to PIN63 first.

i have tried both of them with pin 1 to pin 63 it shows wrong reciever info even though i am programming it right and its not letting me write fuse to ff ae 89 ff its writng ff ae 81 ff

and for the second one pin 24 to clk it keeps saying that the smart card is not inserted correctly

i checked my reciever # twice and everything is fine

so i dont know if there is any solution for these

i am still getting same type of problem it still wont allow me to write the fuse hi to 89 it keep repeating 81 fuse lo will change to AE no problem also whenever i read the card it shows wrong reciever# and it picks up bell expressvu program even though i programmed it for dish and i cant full monty its giving me an error but i think thats due to the fuse settings

also when i connect clk with pin24 the reciever says that the card is not correctly

do i have to unsolder those wires after i program it or should i leave it up there

because i didnt unsolder them i leave them as is

After you program the Atmega with the wire attached to either config above, REMOVE the wire from it and then do an erase of the eeprom/flash a few times. Then program it with code that you want to test.
