Blackout baseball games in the 400's

I'm using an Atmega with Ray's pfg, why is it after about 24hrs ALL Baseball games in the 400's keep saying they're blacked out in my area?

I'm using a zip code from Massena NY. I have tried different blackout strings, but no success.

Please help.
