This is a cut and paste, I will not take credit for it but its worth a try, hell, you got nothing to lose but your locals...lol....I know I will when I get around to it, GTG.;

Try this. It has worked 100% of the time on every 3M I have used, including my present private 3M:

In ExtremeHU:

Edit line 2500 to ALL zeroes (00)
Edit line 2510 to all zeroes (00), except addy 2511--edit that to 88--and addy 251F--edit that to FF.

Edit your zip code to 00000.

Click on the lightning bolt to write these changes to the card. You should be good to go.

What script are you using thats doing this ? Is it on of Mili's xvb files(3m's) Is it the latest Mili 3m ? Are you using the default settings in winex 5.4 ? Is it set to unlooper mode ? Try unlooping card first, write bin, clean 3 times, write bin then set locals, ratings etc, GTG.
