How To Copy Channel List???

I Got A Good Guide / Channel List From One Gt Tools Doc.. But Only 110 & 119 Are Fully Loaded.. I Refuse To Scan The Sateliite Because I Have Not Pointed My Dish There Yet.. And I Am Not Going To Point At All The Dishes I Want And Download And Scan ... In My Menu Bar On Stb Tools Copy Is Not Highlighting So I Cant Find A Way To Copy From One Tools Doc To Another Is There A Way To Get The Channel List From One To Another And Combin A Mega List??? Thankx
