After a week of screwing around with it i finally figured it out and if anyone else has this problem i hope you get to read this. I converted the 2700's from dish to bev and they were previously set up with a dual dish system. So i just had to do a check switch test so the ird would see that there was no switch installed and voila up and running.
Thanks for all the help guys
I hope this helps someone else
