Hi! In this FTA section you will find a file pansat2500a setup ,it has good instructions on how to.
the best tool loader to use is the Al7bar tool loader.
but if you choose to use the pansat loader have everything ready to go,open your
tool and open the right flash ,turn off power on back of receiver then turn it on with the button on back as soon as you see the fitst light hit your download button in your tool to transfer data.
wait until it is completely done.

Hi! the pansat setup file is here in the FTA section just look under posts for pansat.
Yes you need to hook up your receiver to your puter.
the Al7bar is the easiest that I have seen but you have to make sure you have the right flash or you could damage your receiver but if you want to be safe use the pansat tool loader.
