2800 ird

I have a 2800 box that a good rom3 &10(works in a 301.10 and 3900 wide open),but when is in 2800 it only gets 101,& adult guards channels. Do I need to erase eeprom and let it update? I don't think it's been in the stream awhile. I can't get this one figured out. Thanks and Kudos

Is your firmware at the current P797? If not, then set to update automatically and turn receiver off with sat plugged in, and in a few minutes your firmware should update.

Thanks U. Once it updated all the channels came in. I knew my program was good. I'm one of the old Dave testers, trying to get the hang of things. It's pretty interesting too. thanks again for the quick reply!
