got a new fta pansat 2500 i cant seem to find 110 or 119 any help

i have the same problem, can someone tell me what are the names of the birds are on the sat menu i have no idea.
This is going to sound like a foolish question but, using a compass, can someone tell me how to read the dam thing so i know where to point the dish?
