welp I read somewhere here good testers learn by sometimes burning things up
I just might have done just that
I had this rom 3 card here finally got it open
I was so excited I went out on net (right straight to here) downloaded a fix for it and prepared to write it to card.
it said something about program has an error do you wish to continue (I should have stopped there )
i went on wrote to card it took!!!!!!
now it didnt work said smart card not inserted correctly wrong smart card for this reciver or something like this
to make a long story short I think I fried this card!!!!!
I cant open it
I cant read it
I cant reset atr (it is saying invalid atr)
I just want to warn everyone be carefull with these cards ( I have lso read this)
They will FRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

If you used a public blocker on that rom3 it is fried, otherwise, it's just looped. Looped can likely be repaired by dealer.

That's what I said Darnat. Read my post again....except for the "only 2 that can do" part. Are you saying that you know of two dealers that can repair the June10 rom3 loop?
