Rom 2 - No video - Only channel headers

I am trying to get a rom 2 to work on my ird. I used used xcel for cleaning and adding the tiers. But when I pop the card into the ird, all i get is a black screen and i can only see the channel info and headers, I think this is from the card being marked, if so , what countermeasures do i take. I went throught all of the files in the files section, but i could find anything that would block a marked rom 2 cam. Any nfo is very helpfull.

also try to write it in nagra 2.0 do every thing else in excel

I have the right boxkeys, if i didnt, then i would get the error saying this cam is not authorized to be used with the ird.

anthony, can our run through with a quick guide on steps to programm rom2 , ppl say theres a lot of info to search for , but when i search for rom 2 stuff, I just get crap

down load this it is hassle free and very good program read card in excel to get your box keys you will need them or jtag the box once you got that evry thing is good...follow the directions and if you need help just post back and I will help you while you are in excel clean the ppv and the tiers then do a regular clean then do a rev 52 refresh before you load any thing to the card in the program above choose your packages and the extra tiers then it will let you put your box keys and everything in the little boxes when your done hit the little dishnet icon on the bottom and it will automatically open nagra edit for you just remember do not ever clean your card in nagra it will loop let me know if you need some more help if nothing else post your zipcode you want to use the boxkeys the number on the back of your card and the number on the back of the receiver the locals you want and I will make a script just for your box all you have to do is load it will be a open 3m but first try on your own if you need help just ask

that means you did not enter the number right on the back of your card remember enter the oo xxxx xxxx do not enter the s or the numbers after the dash so if your card number is Soo 9865 6754 - 52
you will go to the calculater and enter the 9865 6754 that is the cam so in this case it will come out 05E161F2 it will show in the calculator the 5E161F2 that is not enough numbers so you add the zero in front to make it enough..if you pull your card out of the box a system menu comes up match the number on your tv screen with the number on the box it is probably different all this is the same with the numbers on the back of the receiver...let me know

Wrong BoxKeys Will Not Give You ANY ERROR MESSAGE. It Will Give You A Blank Screen w/Channel Headers Though. If Your Card Is Marked At E007 With FF, You Will Need To Use A Blocker With The E007 Mapfix. TacoRom2-007-Updated Is Working Just Fine.

NICE, the rom 2 works now. I used that app for the creating tiers part and I entered my info and used nagra to write. I used no blocker. and the card works. Thank You all fot the help
