3700 problem

Have a 3700 and when I program there is a header all the channels are in the guide green but I get no video or audio??? I checked the boxkeys 3 times and they are correct. Have erased sa 5 3 times and let it update but with no luck. Stil can't get audio or video?? Any help greatly appreciated.

Blank Screen w/Channel Headers Is Either The BoxKeys Don't Match The BoxKeys In The Tsop Or The Card Is Marked At E007 With FF. You Don't Say What Card You Are Using? There Is No Need To Be Messing With The Tsop.

Am using a rom 3. Used same card and proggy in another receiver and works perfect.
