did you program the proper box keys and info the cam. If not, Jtag your ird .

Hold on m8, you are not supposed to flsh anything right off the bat. First it would help to know what ird you have and rom card . If you are able to communicate with your ird through jkeys , just strap on the jtag to the jtag port in the ird and press detect on jkeys software. Tell me if you where able to get the ird caid, box keys and ird model to display.

Did you enter all the info correctly in hex? IRD#, CAM ID, etc? Also, did you apply a blocker? If so, unplug power from IRD for 10 secs. Then plug power. Insert your card when prompted.

Now , dont forget to backup the tsop. After that, use yatm to create tiers, also in yatm, enter your info so that when you create the patch and aplly it, it will apply your boxkeys,ird caid , cam caid. You should also use a blocker, get the russian no-more blocker for rom 10.use nagra 4.1 to read your card, do a once step clean. Then read again the cam to refresh it. Now open the patch, test it, make sure there are no errors when testing. Then apply it. You should also also open the blocker patch now, read it to see where to put in your password. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. OR YOU WILL NOT GET BACK IN. test it, if no errors, apply it. Then write to card. happy testing.

BTW, in yatm, dont forget to select with sat's and rom card you use.
