Help with programming Rom 10

I have a Rom 10 card with a 3900 receiver, I have read and saved bin from card, also I have retrieved the box keys, etc, from receiver and I have read and saved the tsop and eeprom from receiver. I need to know if I write a public 3m with blocker to card and put in receiver will I get tv or will my receiver get ecm'd and is there some protection for receiver besides attaching a tsop lock manually.

find a good script to put on it with a blocker and as for if it will get hit that is always possiable

you can do a soft lock on your tsop in flash edit and rewrite that new save to your ird
