Interesting, I don't know what provider that would be, did you do a search on ebay for similiar cards?? Might be able to gather some useful info on them.

How about adding a scan of the back of the card to your original post?

looks similiar to old HU Asics but I can't remember if they were 90 degrees rotated from that position, I remember having a old hu card that had a "Globe" like look to it. Post it as the answer to the p4 hack you'll make millions!!!! LMAO

I had hoped that a scan of the backside would answer my inquiry....but I have never seen that card and I have no idea how to take advantage of it.

Found this on the web. http://www.sat-address.com/uz/U-BEST-Life.html ??
and this: http://www.satellites.co.uk/php-bin/forum/archive/index.php/t-25537

and "I actually solved the monoblock problem for my receiver.

I used a sat finder device to set the dish, and discovered that the lnb in the clamp was hotbird (a) and the other was Astra (b). As I am using a disqec 2.0, I had to set the option to mini disqec on the Echostar 2110 2CI Viaccess receiver.

That solved the problem.

Got brill reception on both hotbird and astra!" and

Interesting, now I'm leaning towards a FTA card or something along those lines.

Known Problem with some ViaAccess CAMs
There have been some reported problems with the plug-in ViaAccess CAM's on Humax and Galaxis boxes (not on the CI-VA of course!).
The problem seems to be with the older version of the CAM, which has no serial number on the back. The newer type work fine and DO have a serial number on them.
If you have been experiencing problems, it is probably worth going back to your dealer and exchanging the CAM for the newer type. This information was posted to the Humax-Users

They do list Pansat and Fortec as having viable IRD's but so do Echostar and 50 other companies. Some of the birds and motorized IRD's sound like big dish stuff ?
