Reading ROM 10 Failed

I am trying to clean a Rom 10 with NagraEdit. I can get the ATR but when I try to clean I get.

I am using a SDLogic ISO-7816B Programmer I use to use with my H Card and also a SDLogic Ultra USCT that I used with my HU.

If I try the scripts like A21 Opener the script I get no response from card.

Do you think the programmer is the problem?

I can't get a Rom 3 to work either and it's never been in the stream.

If its an H card ISO, the crystal speed/timing is wrong. You should use an ISO with a 3.68 crystal, rather than a 3.57.
