more rom 10 problems

ok i give up where can i find someone to open this card i have tried all the programs no luck followed all the intrustions and still not openning this is what i get in ne4.1

do i have a stream locked card got this from ebay can it be openned?

I had the same type of card. I did search of A21 unlocker. There is a large post "WOOOHOOO IT WORKS" it worked very well for me. I had to read it twice to get it right but it works.

read that too tried it still cant get past the 3rd attemp run it at least 100 times

I have tried that program many times, still doesn't get past 3rd packet ,

Is it possible this card has been password protected? as it fails to log in to bd3 ?

If so is there any way to open it? I have tried bdkr left it running overnight still no key generated.

Make sure you have Winexplorer set right. In the tool bar go to configure, then program parameters in quik settings select EchoStar 3.6864 xtal , save ,then OK. Rompopper v2 is a very good prog. and it should do the job for you.
