f040 jtag help?

i just received f040 jtag but it came with no instructions or readmes is there anyone that could help.thanks in advanced


Here is what I have, I don't have one but found these somewhere so don't ask me how to use it. I saw someone use one once and I believe he used the attached programs.

The F040 zip does not have any of the hex files, zipped it was 40 megs. Hopefully you won't need them.
