Insert Smart Card properly

HI I just bought Jumperless Atmega 128 ,18 Mhz (10 Pin). Initially it was giving error like "Failed to Enter program mode" Some how it got fixed after few trials.

Now I am getting error "Please Insert your smart card properly" I am not sure why and what causing this..


Can anyone help me ...
