Unlocking with a HU programmer???

Hi all,
could someone please make it clear. Is it possible to use a HU programmer to unloop or unlock a ROM 10 card !?!? And if so what will be the best HU programmer for the job? Finally when my ROM 10 card say that it may contains an update and it's at REV A23 does it mean that there's a blocker on the card? Or just that Dish has lock the card?

Hu programmer can not be used in Charlie cards, they have different clock speeds. You could use a MODIFIED H programmer (change the crystal).

REV A23 is the latest revision for your ROM 10. These can not be done as of today...yet.

i used a t911 to unlock both of my rom 10's at a23.i downloaded the file
rom 10 a23 complete_sn_2004_kit. flashed my loader it took about five minutes
for each card. u can get it in the file section.

I used a MIKIII with Sorry Nagra and unlocked my ROM10s.

The Sorry Nagra is a good program to unlock A21 cards with a A23 spoof from a blocker but it will not unlock a true stream locked A23. There is nothing freeware that can do this .
