When everything is good, the software version number is e462cncd-N. It is getting changed to e462cncd-F. When this happens, my menus become very slow and my pictute starts freezing. I have tried Write Protecting my EEPROM but is still happens. When I goto the memory dump area, everything is set to zero's. Anybody know how to stop this software update?

-F means EPROM (not TSOP) is corrupted....
Use FlashEdit to virginize it and write it back in.
