Stubborn Rom 10-can't write blocker

Hope someone has an answer. This card was not in the stream during the ECM because I was trying to get it to write.

This Rom 10 was at Rev A21. I managed to clean it to A16. I can write my tiers on the card, but everytime I try to write a blocker to it I get:

BackDoor 0 login failed
Writing ROM10 failed
Closing of COM1 was successful

I have managed to get GCSB 2.1.2 to write without this error but it only blocks it to Rev A21. Version 2.5 will give me this error everytime. I don't want to put it in the stream without a current blocker. I also tried nomore64 and can get it to write also, but don't get any channels,even after running check switch. And this is the only Rom 10 I have that loses the ATR everytime I do anything to it. I have to run ATR-resurrection-beta to get into it everytime.

I have also tried to apply the bin with the tiers and blocker loaded on it and I get the same error.

I am using an iso programmer with the 3.68 crystal and have another Rom 10 & Rom 11 that work perfectly.

Hope someone has something for me to try. I don't have a clue. Thanks in advance
