I have had luck soldering to pin 11. it is very difficult to get it on only that pin. on many AMD Tsops pin 10 is not connected to anything and will not cuase a prob. on some units pin 10 is connected internally but iss not connected to anything externally...u cannot use pin 10 in the case. which tsop number do u have. i will tell u if it is ok.
next, because u have messed up the trace near r259 u may still be able to scrape away some enamel on the trace but near where u caused the damage. if u can scape off some enamel and get some solder to stick at that point, then u have a good place for a connection. use top quality solder, a hot iron but most importaqnt - do not touch the iron to that trace very long. put the iron tip down on the scraped area and then touch the solder to the trace (not the iron) it should stick. i highk\ly suggest u practice on something else first...
hope this helps. again, i would not do pin 11 if possible. u may get solder down under the pins and it is ruined.
