So,what's the target today? Wondering if it's "safe" to put in a basic ROM 3. No PPV's,no events,no porn?

We just don't know, Pyotr. ECM-causing EMM's are coming down the stream that are evading the loggers....weird tiers are being written...but no distinct pattern has shown itself.

I'm running the same tier setup you are. Whether that has a damn thing to do with staying up, I haven't a clue.

Best get handy with that JTAG....
