View Full Version : Channels Missing after July 20th ECM

I'm running my old scripts that I ran prior to ECM Tuesday. Anyone else notice that there a re fewer Porn channels now... I'm told that it wasn't a PPV hit but wouldn't this conclude that it is?

YOU NEED TO RECHECK YOUR SWITCH

Not sure what 'recheck your switch' means, but I noticed a similar effect:
my ECM'd 301-010 is running again after I erased SA3 and let it rebuild itself.
Running with a legitimate ROM10 CAM I am now missing a lot of channels, in various sections, eg the 99xx area, also gone are most Shop'n'Pray channels (well, 'missing' them may be an exaggeration).
Does this have to do with transponder mixups, what was lost when I let it reprogram itself?(sorry, didnot have a JTAGged backup of my original settings, too new to this business).
So what needs to be done to see my 'top50' again that I am subscribed to?
For now I'd like my MC to be out of the stream, until the dust settles.

ONCE YOU RECIEVER REBOOTS ON A DP301 YOU HAVE TO GO TO MENUE/SYSTEMSETUP/DISHPOINTING/THEN GO TO CHECK SWITCH IF YOU SEE XXXX YOU NEED TO HIT THE TEST BUTTON TO FIND THE 110 SATELLITE AFTER IT IS FOUND ALL THE CHANNELS WILL POP UP AND YOU WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL
