I have windows XP and am using the Quad Mode J-Tags and they work just fine for me. Just make sure you place the J-Tag firmly in and slide to either left or right. You should get a reading of your box keys. If not, what I do is make sure my J-Tag is firmly in place, then plug my receiver in......That usually helps......

I had same problem with XP. No matter what I do, Jtag doesn't work. Works fine on another computer with Win98, tho. Anything special you did dishrookie?

No, all I do is take my receiver (3900) and place it longwise facing me with the J-Tag port to the left of me. Make sure your connections to your printer are tight and place pins into portand slide up, away from you. At this time plug your receiver in and click detect in JKEYS and your box keys should come up. Works for me everytime in Win XP. Good Luck........
