help with junkyard fix 301

need help with junkyard fix for receiver 301 i attach a wire to r283 but dont know where to go from there any help

On 301-005 and 010 only I prefer using r293 pad closet to tsop chip IC23, Short that pad to ground for about 12 seconds and let is restream with no card.
