I am working on a solid CC acceptance solution from a company with no US or Canadian presence. Until then I cannot take CCs. There were many sites who decided they MUST take cards and did not care to check out the new great CC processor they went in business with. Now look:
32 DSS sites sued in Safe Bank Trap
It seems that the brand new CC processor for these sites turned out to be DTV themselves. They set it up as a trap, froze over 150K of credit card sales and sued a bunch of sites. Stay clear of:
