Creating tiers for BEV

"Directly from the NAwapo M18 readme (NNW team)

(1) In jEEPers, select NAwapoM19 as the Program selection.

(2) Select the Board setting to match your ATmega's crystal. (The
other fields do not matter much at this point.)

(3) Use the [Full Monty] function in jEEPers.

(4) Start up your favorite tier maker program.

(5) Use the tier maker as per normal for an ATmega. It will not
matter, either, which version of NAwapoM you select.

(6) When the tier maker program finally takes you to jEEPers, make
sure IRD number and box key, etc, are all correct.

(7) **Do not use the [Full Monty] function. ** Instead, select
Write EEPROM from under the Actions menu item.

(8) That's it."
