I am using 2.9.9 and it has worked on several other 501's.

The latest firmware moves data around, so the newer jkeys are needed to correctly read it. Try 508 and 510 setting too.

what is the latest version of jkeys i have 2_9_11_026 and have had no problems with the 501 is there a more current jkeys out thanks for the 508 510 tip good to know for the future gotta love the 501 ird

i think the 2.9.1 026 is it works on my 501 :)
